Village Life
A photo diary from one of the biggest shifts in my life so far - buying a house in the English countryside and beginning to build something of my own. I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but the slow pace, the quiet mornings, the rhythm of village life - it’s all started to settle into me in a way I hadn’t realised I needed. Sharing some of those early moments: the first sunrise from the conservatory, the overgrown garden slowly taking shape, and rooms slowly taking shape. It’s a glimpse into this new beginning - messy, peaceful and a little surreal
Pembrokeshire, 2022
A weekend in Pembrokeshire for a wedding - surrounded by coastal bay views, rolling hills, and that unmistakable Welsh charm. It was one of those celebrations where everything just felt easy and joyful. The wind was wild, the sea was close, and the whole weekend had this lovely mix of catching up with friends, dancing into the night, and sneaking away for quiet walks along the cliffs. Here is a little glimpse into those days - beautiful setting, good people, and the kind of moments you want to hold onto for a while.
Brighton, 2022
I spent my 30th birthday in Brighton - by the sea, with good sushi, moody skies, and that mix of celebration and quiet reflection that turning thirty seems to bring. There were vintage shops, long walks along the pier, chips on the beach, and a feeling of ease that I hadn’t expected, but really welcomed. It wasn’t about big plans - just being in a place I love, with space to think, laugh, and look forward. This post captures a birthday week that felt simple, grounding, and just right for the start of a new decade.
Brighton, 2021
My first trip to Brighton, September 2021 - just after a long stretch of uncertainty during the pandemic, when everything still felt a little fragile but full of promise. The sea was calm, the skies were soft, and the city had that late-summer glow that made it feel like it was waiting. I wandered the Lanes, watched the waves roll in, and let myself exhale a bit. It was a gentle return to exploring - solo coffees, secondhand books, pebbled beaches, and the sense of starting again, slowly. This post is a quiet look back at that first visit—simple, needed, and full of small, grounding moments.
TIGA Video Game Awards, London 2019
I had the incredible opportunity to attend the TIGA Video Game Awards in London, where Curzon Software House—where I was involved—was nominated for Best Educational Initiative and Talent Development. It was a proud moment to see our work recognized alongside some of the industry’s best. Birmingham City University, my academic home, was also up for Best Educational Institution, making the night even more special and inspiring.
TEDx BCU | 2018
Working as Director of Photography for TEDx was an unforgettable experience that pushed my creative and technical skills to new heights. Capturing powerful talks and meaningful moments on stage, I was responsible for translating the energy of the event into a compelling visual story. Being part of a team that helped share bold ideas with the world was both challenging and deeply rewarding.
New York City│Summer 2018
Three months in New York City during the summer of 2018 - tucked between university semesters, living with my best friend and soaking up the kind of freedom that only really exists during this phase of life. The days blurred between heatwaves, home cooking, endless walking, and late-night talks at rooftop parties. We made the city our own. This post looks back on that golden stretch of summer - full of laughter, little routines, and the feeling that we were exactly where we were meant to be, if only for a while.
Chicago | 2018
Chicago, summer 2018 - a city I’d long wanted to see, finally experienced in all its heat, skyline, and energy. I arrived curious and open, ready for something new, and the city met me with music in the parks, late-night diners, and streets that stretched wide under big Midwestern skies. I wandered through art galleries and lakeside paths, took it all in slowly, and let the rhythm of the place carry me. This post is a glimpse into that trip - sunlit days, unexpected moments, and the feeling of being somewhere unfamiliar but full of possibility.
Ocean City | 2018
Ocean City, summer 2018 - me and a group of friends renting a house by the harbour, exploring the beach, sharing meals, and soaking up every long, golden hour. The days blurred in the best way: salty skin, jet skis, boardwalk snacks, paragliding, and good music. It was one of those trips where time stretched out, everything felt easy, and the small moments - late-night talks, shared laughter, quiet mornings with coffee - left the biggest mark. This post is a look back at that sun-soaked stretch of summer, and the kind of friendship that makes anywhere feel like home.
New York City │ Summer 2017
The summer of 2017 in New York City—my last before returning to England to start university. It was a season full of movement and meaning: rooftop evenings, subway heat, long walks with no real destination, and that endless New York hum that makes you feel like anything’s possible. I soaked up every moment - coffee-fuelled mornings, late-night diners, quiet pauses in parks—knowing change was just around the corner. This post looks back at that time of transition, freedom, and feeling fully alive in a city that never really lets you go.
Lefkada - Lost in Ionian Sea
Lefkada – Lost in the Ionian Sea is a documentary born from my journey to Greece, where I set out to explore the untold stories and natural beauty of this stunning island. From its turquoise waters to its quiet mountain villages, the film captures a sense of isolation, wonder, and timelessness. Traveling with my camera in hand, I discovered more than just landscapes—I found moments of stillness, mystery, and connection woven into the fabric of Lefkada.
On the Greek Island of Lefkada │ LookBook Edition
This Lefkada LookBook is a visual diary from my time on the island.
Portmeirion – A tropical touch to the Welsh coast.
A summer visit to Portmeirion in 2016—a place that felt like stepping into a dream just slightly out of time. Colourful facades, hidden gardens, and quiet coastal paths gave the days a kind of surreal charm, like being inside a storybook with no real rush to turn the page. I wandered, took photos, got lost on purpose, and let the strange beauty of the village unfold around me. A glimpse back at that sun-drenched trip - full of pastel buildings, sea air, and a sense of gentle wonder that’s stayed with me ever since.
Greece | 2017
A reflective photo journal from Lefkada, Greece, where I spent the summer of 2017 filming a documentary. This trip was wrapped in warmth—of the sun, the sea, and the people. It was a season shaped by joy, long shared meals, laughter echoing through courtyards, and the quiet strength of family ties. More than just a project, it became a living experience of connection and rhythm, where every frame I captured held something real. This post revisits that time through images and memory—of light, love, and life by the Ionian Sea.
Florida | 2016
I’ve been having increased problems with anxiety recently, so I took it upon myself to edit this footage as a way of helping keep calm, kind of like creating a video of my “Happy Place.” So here’s some of my best bits from my time spent in Florida recently with Lena Danya
I wanted you all to see it from my point of view, like you’re delving into my memories and reliving the moments in a fuzzy dream-like state.
The Beauty Of The Brownstone
Everyone knows New York City for it’s buildings. The Empire state building, Rockefeller Center, The Chrysler Building, and one of my all-time favourites, the Flat Iron building. When you look up at them these monumental structures stretch towards the sky as if to goon forever. Sure, they’re beautiful, but nothing compares to the beauty of the Brownstone’s in my opinion.
BBC Radio Interview 2015
I was interviewed on BBC radio recently about what it’s like being a filmmaker and of course, being a YouTuber! I took some time to answer questions about the industry and what I’d like to achieve.
The one thing that happened to me that I wished I had filmed…
Alone on a late-night NYC train, I was threatened by a stranger. I didn’t film it—and I wish I had. Some stories need to be told, no matter how dark.
Why Nintendo World is the best thing in Rockefeller Center
Nintendo World is pure joy in the heart of NYC—nostalgia, games, and iconic characters all in one place. It’s easily the best thing in Rockefeller Center.
BlackFish inspired oil painting | The Space Whale
Inspired by Blackfish, I created The Space Whale—an oil painting that blends an Orca with the cosmos. I wanted to show how art can speak up for voiceless creatures.
