BBC Radio Interview 2015

I was interviewed on BBC radio recently about what it’s like being a filmmaker and of course, being a YouTuber! I took some time to answer questions about the industry and what I’d like to achieve. We spoke about other YouTubers such as PewDiePie, who have achieved monumental fame and also how to deal with the dark side of the industry.

Over the years I’ve had many opportunities come my way due to being a public figure online, such as my life in New York City and pushing my businesses at home. I also spoke a little in the interview about a production company I’m currently in the midst of launching called “Aesthetics Co.” which will be operational later this year. This probably would never have happened to me without YouTube and various other social media platforms, for which I’m always grateful.

I’ve done newspapers and other print interviews before but this is my first radio interview and I’m glad I got the opportunity. I’d like to thank BBC radio and Jim Hawkins for having me on, it was a pleasure!

I hope to be hitting the airwaves a lot more in the future, but for now, remember to subscribe!
